WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
Closed Monday-Tuesday
Wednesday - Thursday 3pm - 10pm
Friday 3pm - 11pm
Saturday 11am - 11pm
Sunday 11am - 10pm
CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
Unfortunately, no. Time-slot tickets can only be purchased in advance on our website. Tickets purchased through unauthorized third party websites or scalpers are not permitted.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Please bring your electronic ticket and a curious mind!
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT CHECKING IN?
Nothing extreme--we'll check your ticket at the door and give you all of the information you need to have an optimal excursion through The Reverie!
CAN I RESCHEDULE OR GIVE MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable. In order to reschedule a ticket, your request needs to be submitted at least 24hrs in advance of your current ticket date/time. Rebooking requests received same day OR after the ticket time has passed will not be accepted.
HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE FOR THE FULL EXPERIENCE?
Time slots are 60 minutes but if you'd like to stay longer that is okay too!
IS THE EXHIBIT SELF-GUIDED?
YES! Please be respectful of others inside and the artwork around you. You can touch & play but things can still be broken, please be careful and mindful at all times.
IS THE EXHIBIT ADA COMPLIANT?
Yes, Mesmerize is ADA compliant.
IS THIS SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES?
YES! Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please note, there's a lot of abstract environments that may have delicate elements, we ask that all adults please supervise accordingly.
CAN I BRING A STROLLER?
Strollers are not permitted in the exhibit due to the intricate layout.
ARE FOOD & DRINKS ALLOWED?
Outside food & drinks are not permitted.
ARE THERE BATHROOMS ONSITE?
YES! There is a gender neutral restroom available onsite.
DO YOU HAVE A BABY CHANGING STATION?
Unfortunately we do not have a changing station as our restroom is not large enough to accommodate this.
We ask that you try to avoid needing to change a baby while onsite, but if there is an emergency we will accommodate by allowing you to use an area in our staff back-of-house.
DO YOU HAVE A LOST & FOUND?
If you lose something inside please visit our front desk for the lost and found.
CAN I BOOK A GROUP OR EVENT?
You can book up to 15 tickets per hour time slot.

CAN I BRING MY PET?
Unfortunately no. Service animals are permitted, under their owners’ control and on a leash (as authorized by applicable law).
WHAT IS YOUR CONCEALED CARRY POLICY?
Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind are prohibited at all times inside our space.
